Your Eye Test

Why Should I Test My Eyes

The answer lies in 2 scenarios: One is that besides subtle changes in prescription that may not appear as lowering vision but as headaches, eyestrain and tiredness. Two is that the eye often does not hurtwhen there is something wrong and the vision is the last to be affected so a visit to the optometrist may discover that undiagnosed eye problem before it causes further damage. This could be glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, hypertension, cataracts and many more.

So you guessed it. A visit to our main practice is much more than just for glasses. It will take a photo of the back of your eye to screen the health of your eye and it will also check your eye pressures. If anything suspicious is noted then you will be referred to an ophthalmologist, who is the eye doctor responsible for diagnosing and treating eye problems. Our equipment is of the highest standards and latest technology.
